October 21, 2007 – New Orleans, LA: The statue of Our Lady of America visited St. Patrick’s Church and the Archdiocese of New Orleans from October 19 – 22, 2007. She was warmly welcomed into this historic church and New Orleans’ second oldest parish in America’s second oldest diocese. St Patrick’s and the Saint Louis Cathedral held the first Masses in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina on Sunday October 2, 2005.
